Nice staff and food, and even a private parking. Obarrio district definitely deserves exploring. Moreover, we could park our car on site.

The beds are comfy and the staff is accommodating. The rooms are large with a terrace. Only 20 min walk to downtown. On-site restaurant Salsipuedes was a bonus, had dinner there...
